As a Researcher
I want to take the expert opinion minimum and maximum values for a species and have them added to the occurrence records for the species
So that I can use these values in analysis

These need to be clearly identified as added to the occurrence record and not a measurement recorded with the occurrence.

This would be a change to the biocache processing.
