Notice - STU3 is finishing up

We are in the process of transitioning to R4 as our primary version of FHIR. Work will continue in ci-fhir-stu3 to wrap-up current implementation guides into a cleaner baseline and then frozen. All new work, such as the forthcoming Discharge Summary work, will be in R4.
