BADGERFILM TERMS OF USE

The following terms of use apply to the BadgerFilm software and its associated documentation ("Badgerfilm").
If you do not agree to these terms of use, do not use Badgerfilm.
Badgerfilm is copyrighted by the Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System ("UW"), 
and may be downloaded, modified, and distributed for research and educational purposes; 
it may not be included in any product offered for sale. Should you modify and distribute Badgerfilm, 
you must not remove any copyright notices, you must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices 
that you changed the files, and you must ensure that any other recipients of Badgerfilm or any modified 
version of Badgerfilm receive a copy of this license. Use of Badgerfilm may require additional licenses 
to third party owned intellectual property contained within Badgerfilm, and obtaining any such license 
and complying with its terms is your responsibility. Badgerfilm is provided as a resource in connection 
with UW’s outreach mission, and is provided on an "as is" basis.

UW MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES CONCERNING BADGERFILM OR ANY OUTCOME THAT MAY BE OBTAINED 
BY USING OR MODIFYING BADGERFILM, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT 
LIMITATION ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND 
NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. UW MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION THAT BADGERFILM 
WILL OPERATE ERROR FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL UW OR THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE TO YOU 
(OR ANY PERSON, INSTITUTION, OR BUSINESS WITH WHICH YOU ARE AFFILIATED) FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR ANY DIRECT, 
INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM BADGERFILM OR ITS 
USE OR MODIFICATION. NEITHER UW NOR THE AUTHORS HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY DECISION, ACT OR OMISSION MADE
