Does anyone here have access to the Service SDK Repo?

I genuinely don't like raising this kind of issue, but there's been no response to issues or PRs, nor any code changes, for over 5 months over on the Java service SDK repository.

Is this expected?
Is there any way the community can get more involved?

One of the PRs that's opened is my own, and it's a small but rather useful change.
