Support for Databricks SQL, Row Level Security (Table Access Control), Unity Catalog

With the coming Databricks Unity Catalog it will be moving away from the passthrough access pattern as that cannot do fine grained access control (Row Level Security). Are there plans on supporting Unity Catalog and Row Level Security with Table Access Control in the Cloud Scale Analytics architecture and are you collaborating with anyone in Databricks for this?

Also with Unity Catalog the Databricks workspaces could be consolidated to only 1 and the shared hive metastore database would also not be needed.
