Edited code to allow AMA linux VM extension for MAC and MAG and OMS extension to remain for SEC and NAT.
Fixed broken link for issue # 1097.
Updated the Remote-Access tab section of the MLZ deployment walkthrough document to reflect changes for available Linux and Windows VM distributions. issue # 1078
Edited code to automatically update and enable Linux VM extensions for NetworkWatcher and GuestAttestation. Issue # 1100
