Xcode 10.2.1 stuck on building in Release config

bankex/web3swift development is frozen at this moment and may not be updated to swift 5. You can use matter-labs/web3swift instead

I've had the same problem. Note that compilation eventually completes (after 3 hours in my case). This seems to be a regression in Swift compiler introduced in version 5.0 (Xcode 10.2) and fixed version 5.1 (currently available in Xcode 11).
