Describe the issue
One worker node in the EMERALD cluster rebooted itself. This ticket will track the effort spent to mitigate risk and investigate the root cause of the event.

Checklist

  • Create an incident in theHUB
  • Contact the SPOC to elevate the INC to a P2
  • Post in #devops-alerts
  • Update the Status Page
    - [ ] Open a MS Teams call. Invite SPOC and someone from Platform Services to the call
  • --> Solve the issue <--
  • Post in #devops-alerts
  • Update the Status Page
  • Work with SPOC to complete the Outage Report
