rm on /config/solcast-dampening.json and installed 4.2.2, restarted ha
and confirm issues fixed.

Doesn't look like an integration issue. It looks like a Solcast issue. Solcast may be rate limiting you. It happened (spectacularly) for me over a two hour period yesterday. All 429s. Cleared itself. (It was actually brilliant because I got to test and fine tune a whole load of exception handling which has made it into v4.2.2...) |

Some further information would be greatly appreciated, Adam, and a log set to debug level of the whole startup sequence.
Getting sites data has not changed much from v4.2.0 to v4.2.2, so I suggest you open an issue here providing the log. |

Ask Solcast. You will get the response that they removed their deprecated API call to get usage. This is why our automation has needed to internally keep track of usage for some time now. It may come back, as has been hinted by Billy from Solcast. |
