Fixed the coal blocks to diamond conversion not working.
Fixed the purpur block to shulker conversion not working with naturally occurring lightning sticking a lightning rod. This fix has the consequence of a different purpur/lightning_rod configuration depending on if you want to use naturally occurring lightning or use a trident with the channeling enchantment.
