Initial "Release" tag

First release, to start regular tags.
A release will be made at least once a week, unless there have been no changes.
Changelog on the way.

Versioning will be
[Major Version].[Minor Version].[Patch] -> see https://semver.org/

Major versions will consist of a relatively major change
i.e large map changes, rigsuits replacing standard power armor, etc.

Minor versions will consist of relatively minor changes
i.e new weapons, armor, mobs, etc. small features and changes, etc.

Patch versions will consist of hotfixes for bugs, or a weakly release containing only bug fixes
