Orphan sites report

Description

This report will look on the Primary Admin for each site and will consider orphan if:

• Primary admin account is deleted.
• Primary admin is a group and group is empty.
• Unable to identify primary admin.

If you need to a report with all Site Collection Admins or additional details, have a look at Site memberships and User permissions reports.

Requirements

Run the solution with and account with at least SharePoint Admin and Azure AD role.

Site filter

How this Solution works

1. Collects the required Sites.
2. Checks Primary Admin account (Owner parameter) for each Site collection.
3. Records the information for each action in a CSV file.
