time to run RTSC.bat

For the RTSC.bat file, I got an error: VirtualBox.exe and VBoxSVC.exe not found.
And I want to ask after I have created a virtual machine. Should I run RTSC.bat after I create a virtual machine or I create a virtual and launch it with a full windows installation then shut it down and run RTSC.bat

That is not an error. It is suppose to detect if it's running or not, and then close it. You would run RTSC after creating your virtual machine. Then you would put in the location of where its located, and the name of it. It would be something like this:

After running RTSC, I will start launching windows, right?

Yes after you run the batch file, you would then start up the virtual machine.
