V0.6 - Rewriting in Flask

Thanks to an amazing dev named @mikhail5555 I was show the light.
The v0.6 branch planned improvements are

• Rewritten in flask
• API backend:

• Frontend changes
  • Shiny new UI (fevr.video frontend with a few modifications
  • Support multiple frigate instances
  • Frigate configuration wizard
    • Including multiple instances
    • Enable/disable sound for each camera
    • Set sane object detection parameters
    • Fine tuning wizard
  • Clip sharing
    • Auto expiring event links
    • MP4 exporting
    • Social sharing
• rtsp-simple-server
  • RTSP relay camera rtsp streams
  • auto converts hls for high quality in browser viewing

Feature requests are very valuable at this time
All development on the v0.5 branch is halted to concentrate on these changes. A feature parity release of the v0.5.1 release will be released first.
