fEVR v0.6 Preview

fEVR v0.6 is currently being rewritten using Flask. It's most of the way there, just working out a few kinks.

Feature parity with the v0.5.1 branch is at about 95%. Once I have full feature parity, I will merge v0.6 into the main branch

I'm less than a week away from completing stage 1 of converting fEVR to flask.

When complete it will have feature parity with v0.5.1 (the last release of fEVR)

It has also proven to be more stable, faster, and repeatable installation across different platforms.

docker-compose will still be the official installation method, but unRAID should work without a hitch now.
