Since we already have links and link types, such as PyPI and NPM, might as well add buttons to filter these options.

I'm not sure what is meant by this:
A: hiding certain link types and having all projects visible
Why would you want to filter them? if I'm looking at a project I would always want to see all links and not arbitrarily hide some, entries are concise enough
B: only showing projects which have certain link types associated
this makes more sense - although I don't think it's that important as of now because we don't have many entries anyways and it's easy to just glance over

B would be the intention of this filter. the idea is that you'd be able to filter for only projects that, for example, are available on PyPI or NPM so that you can find the quicker
