Describe the bug

if you attempt to clone someone, the cloner will clone them in reverse by going to 100% to 0% and it fucks the cloned person up

What did you expect?

for it to clone them 0% to 100%

Reproducible steps

get your dead, soon to be failed test subject
attempt to clone them and watch as it goes from 100% to 0%
the clone comes out super fucked up

issue confirmed with testmerge of #11813
problem derives from lack of air in the cloning pod
not that the subject would suffocate, but there's no pressure and thus they take brute damage
