Wiki description
Causes headaches and sickness at first,followed by failure of cellular respiration leading to cardiac arrest, suffocating its target. Often extremely lethal.

Short description
None of the effects listed in the wiki seem to work, only causes toxin damage and neglijable oxygen damage (wich gets naturally healed).

long description
Upon testing the effects of cyanide on simplemobs (one monkey and one oozeling) it turns out that cyanide only causes massive toxin damage (making even 15U lethal to non oozelings) but dosen't cause any of the other effects mentioned. I didn't manage to trigger the headaches, sickness or any of the effects other than toxin damage even with 300+ units of cyanide.

The only oxyloss it causes is like 1 or 2 units of damage when the character gasps, that get healed before you end up gasping again.

Also due to it not causing proper oxygen damage it seems oozelings can use it safely for healing toxin damage, matter of fact it's safe enough that they can chug any amount of cyanide they want to be imune to toxin damage for the rest of the round (tested on simplemob oozeling, with 300 units)
