Expected behavior The title bar should turn dark/black when Windows is set to Dark mode; instead, it remains white

RawTherapee lets the window manager draw the window decorations, so changing the title bar color may require OS-specific code. It doesn't seem possible to do it directly in GTK (see https://discourse.gnome.org/t/how-to-change-the-background-color-of-gtk-titlebar/5383/4). I'm not sure why Windows doesn't set the color automatically.
