Initial version of the Bitwig controller extension for the Erae Touch.

Features

• Single controller entry with automatic detection of 2 MIDI inputs:
  • MIDI input 1 = Standard MIDI
  • MIDI input 2 = MPE MIDI
• Correct sending of initialisation messages for MIDI input 2 (allowing the Erae Touch to be used with MPE enabled on both native Bitwig devices and VST instruments alike)
