v5.3.0 - New feature - Function hooks

Now run custom Python code to hook into various events while syncing data. For example, you can run scanners, price alerts, and store the data in a Database or Cloudstore.

I have written a WIKI explaining the feature and its usage with a simple example.

This feature will be in Alpha for the next few weeks to allow for feedback and ironing out any issues. Expect minor changes.
