v3.0.0

First release for v3.x.x, it adds all the modifications done since this moment.

Here the most relevant:

1. add platformio support (arduino IDE is still supported)
2. add ESP32 support
3. increase values fetched from solar charge controllers (up to 26 values)
4. replace all configuration file with just one ( config.h )
5. add time sync (from NTP server) during on each boot
