FIO-AOW V1.0

Atmosphere-Ocean-Wave coupled model FIO-AOW. It consists of atmosphere component WRF, the 3thrd generation ocean surface wave model called MASNUM, and ocean circulation components POM and ROMS. These three components are integrated together through a community coupler known as C-Coupler.
