Production management tool

The manual nature of stopping production to avoid losing resources once one has run out is a kill joy. It will only be more emotive when real value is attached to the resources.

If this can't be addressed at contract level, can we add a management tool e.g. that you can schedule a pause transaction in

[ponderingdemocritus]

@credence0x perhaps a solution could be

pass in seconds into the production when starting

Then in contracts we can only produce up to that time
