Clarifying that Adult stage only should be recorded for butterfly and moth records on UKBMS standard transects and WCBS transects

Currently there is nothing that explicitly states that only adult butterflies and moths should be recorded on transects. At some point we need to update the guidance and also add something on data entry page to clarify this
