Download GUI keeps disappearing #3286

Bug description

The download GUI at the bottom of every image in the viewer disappears frequently. Only reappears after adjusting options.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open image in image viewer

Expected behavior

Download gui below image

Additional context

Using a ultrawide monitor. 3440 x 1440

I can confirm the same thing happening on Windows 11 23H2.
I also need to open settings and press OK to get the buttons to reappear
