Didn't bridge my funds

What happened: I bridged 10k USDT from defichain to ethereum and after the defichain confirmations I said claim and it said that the servers were overloaded and to try later.

What you expected to happen: I expected to be able to claim my usdt

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible): try to transfer USDT from defichain to eth

Anything else we need to know?: I still have not received my usdt back it has been over a day

man there is enough on the bridge now.... PLEASE send me my money. I clicked on recover transaction and it is asking me for an ETH HASH but i dont have an eth hash cuz i sent it from DEFICHAIN......i tried entering the defichain hash and it says its the incorrect hash, but i never got an ETH hash PLEASE I AM BEGGING YOU HELP ME IT HAS BEEN 8 days and my 10k has been tied up./.. please!
