The Black Forest Formula Team of the University of Offenburg aims to develop an electric race car completely from scratch. About 70 highly motivated bachelor and master students with interdisciplinary background are working on the construction and production of the 400 Volt race car, the creation of the business plan and cost report as well as on the implementation of marketing and communication strategies. Additionally, autonomous features are planned for the future with the development already being on the way.
