#pyBLASTtools

A python package for BLAST-TNG Data Analysis. The purpose of this repo and package is to have all the low-level python scripts in a single package that can be installed and imported. The code is deisgned to run with python3 only.

To install the packet:

python3 setup.py install

or

pip3 install .

Currently the repo is organized as:

• pyBLASTtools: this is the package
• test: various test script and examples
• plots: result from the testing scripts
