A time picker component would be useful... Could operate both on TimeOnly and DateTime types... maybe even TimeSpan...

It could have a matching DatePicker, but the default one already exists in Blazor...

I would also love to see this happening because I tried to use your modal controls to render Telerik DatetimePicker and it's not working. Other Telerik controls work fine but not the DatetimePicker. A native Blazored one would be cool.
