This is an Android app that wraps astap_cli.

Identify the names of the stars and deep-sky objects (nebulae, galaxies) in the image.

It works offline. No Internet connection is needed to run the application.
Note: this application requires downloading the star database (H17) once. If you invoke the application for the first time, it will immediately show the stardb download screen. Once the database is downloaded, the application requires no Internet access.
