All these should say "Please enter valid X addresss" in the button. Another subtler option is to keep button labels ("Refund", "Create Atomic Swap") and circle the address box with a subtle yellow to signify what's missing and why the button doesn't turn yellow-active.

This one on our swap page s especially bad as it says "invalid" even though I didn't type anything yet:
