This is my repo of Patrick Collins' Foundry-AI full course 2023, lesson 7 foundry fund me. The only thing I did different than the course is, I started committing and pushing from the beginning of the lesson, and not at the end. I did this because first time I was going through the course, I felt lost. Second time, I thought it would be a good idea to commit-push often, so that I can revert back to a previous commit, or ask questions more intelligently by sharing my github repo.
Foundry is a blazing fast, portable and modular toolkit for Ethereum application development written in Rust.
Foundry consists of:
- Forge: Ethereum testing framework (like Truffle, Hardhat and DappTools).
- Cast: Swiss army knife for interacting with EVM smart contracts, sending transactions and getting chain data.
- Anvil: Local Ethereum node, akin to Ganache, Hardhat Network.
- Chisel: Fast, utilitarian, and verbose solidity REPL.
