- Create a mod "yourMod1"
- Clone the hl-alyx-apartment repos and copy / replace the files in your previous created mod in "...\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life Alyx\content\hlvr_addons\yourMod1"
- (This way, you could open the map without errors from custom prefabs imported in the mod)
- To open the vmap, launch your mod, click on the Hammer button to open the hammer editor, click on file, open and navigate to: "...\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life Alyx\content\hlvr_addons\yourMod1\maps"
- open "apartment.vmap"
