Ability to build the menu by yourself

Describe the problem
It would be better than just having a plain menu screen or with a build made by another player to have the ability to create your own menu screen

Describe the solution you'd like
There should be a button in the settings, just like changing your username, where you can teleport to an environment where you can build your own menu screen. This would need to be saved to storage after the player exits the environment. There should also be various settings like enabling or disabling the tables, and changing the sky and baseplate texture. It would also be even better if these were already in the game
