Change speeds, regardless of what size you are.

Describe the problem
Whenever I am small in BricksVr, I move slowly. While this is appropriate for the size, it makes it frustrating going back and forth to change your size for the speed.

Describe the solution you'd like
Similar to changing your size, we should have an option to increase speed. This will allow players to move at a specific speed, while maintaining their size. It also allows players to keep up with others, regardless of what size they are.
