This release includes some small QoL changes and many bug fixes:
New features:

  • Fly no longer requires a badge
  • All starters now evolve no later than level 16
  • Added level caps until the Heat Badge is obtained
  • The PC move tutor can now reset buggy events from old versions
  • Nature changer shows affected stats
  • Dream Balls are obtainable after the Knuckle Badge

Bug Fixes:

  • Fix experience gain (was 75% of intended value)
  • Enable BW-style exp. scaling (should've been on the entire time)
  • Possible fix for the berry encounter freeze
  • Ivy and Evie show the selected mon's stats again
  • Woobat can be found in Seaspray Cave
  • Scanner trade for Caps now works
  • Lucy will no longer disappear if the player loses to her or leaves the Center
  • The house in Mossdeep will no longer freeze the game
