The basic idea is that instead of water, you could have an option to choose any fluid registry liquid. This would be great as I'm working on making a modpack that has the rockhounding chemistry mod which adds hydrofluoric acid. It just seems weird to process uranium with water, especially when you have HF already available. And, if I'm not mistaken, the processing in atomic science is already capable of running in a closed loop, so the balancing actually works out pretty well.
Of course, CraftTweaker support would be great but that seems like a tall request to make in such early stages of the mod.
