Clone the repository into some directory on your local machine.

Install the following packages on your debian based system
make
texlive-latex-base
texlive-latex-recommended
texlive-fonts-recommended
texlive-fonts-extra
texlive-font-utils
texlive-lang-german
- Run
make userinstallin the directory into which you cloned the repository before. This will copy the packages into~/texmf/tex/latex/<pkg_name|cls_name>, respectively. - Read the documentation PDFs in the respective directories of the packages/classes.
