Joining the Data Federation Resource

To become a member of the CCDI Data Federation Resource, please send an email to ncichildhoodcancerdatainitiative@mail.nih.gov with the following information:

• Your full name
• Organization/Institution name
• A brief description (2-3 sentences) of your resource and the value it will bring to the CCDI Data Federation Resource
• The type of pediatric cancer data your resource hosts (e.g., genomic, clinical, imaging)
• An estimate of the volume of data you plan to make accessible via the federated data API.

This information helps CCDI assess the impact of your resource within the Data Federation Resource, it's effect on API performance, and how it supports ongoing pediatric research. Once your request is reviewed, further discussions or meetings may be scheduled to explore technical onboarding and participation in CCDI data federation efforts.*
