now support changing refresh rate!
This is not to be confused with hardware-based technologies like Freesync, G-Sync, FastSync, etc.
choose from presets or choose your custom fps target!
however, it is cannot go higher than your monitor's refresh rate. For example, choosing the 144hz setting will fail on a 60hz monitor. (Most monitors are 60hz). 1 Hertz is 1 cycle per second. 60 hz means 60 times per second.
What the refresh rate effectively does is determine input lag. The higher refresh rate you have the less lag there is.
