[Internal] [Feature] Incorporate AST and other optional bacteria BioSample attributes to submission.xml

What is the Feature Related To? Please Provide a Description.
Some users may need to use these features (e.g., AST for TB) so we need to make sure they can add them as custom metadata fields and that they get populated to the BioSample XML file correctly.
