This Docker image is used to facilitate building Ruby Lambda dependencies.
MySql binaries need to be built for the Lambda environment.
docker build --pull -t ${ECR_REGISTRY}/mysql-ruby-lambda .
docker push ${ECR_REGISTRY}/mysql-ruby-lambda
