CHAD v0.7

Major updates

The Local Health Projection tab has received a substantial update. The two individual charts for CHIME and IHME have been removed. Now the user will only see the overlay plot in a larger format. In addition more models have been added to the overlay, and can be selected through the new check boxes on the sidebar. These models come from Columbia University and Los Alamos National Labs.

Sidebar has changed to be a dynamic sidebar. Now when users navigate to a tab, the sidebar will populate only with the input controls relevant to that that

New tab added to showcase AMC infection model. This is located on AMC Infection Model Projections.
