Information

  • The Submission API requires the performance period to be 2023 for PCF submission. This blocks the CEHRT ID check since we did not update performance period requirements yet for PCF. I add it into this ticket and that will be one less update needed to be made for other tasks.

Checklist

  • All JUnit tests pass (mvn clean verify).
  • New unit tests written to cover new functionality.
  • Added and updated JavaDocs for non-test classes and methods.
  • No local design debt. Do you feel that something is "ugly" after your changes?
  • Updated documentation (README.md, etc.) depending if the changes require it.
