User Story:
As a student, I want to be able to DM other users on the platform so that I can easily contact my instructor and/or classmates.

Justification:
Currently, if we want to DM instructors and classmates, it is a lengthy, and difficult process to find their contact information. This feature will make it easier for users to stay in contact with members in the class as all information can be found on one platform.
