Adding Kaggle support for OpenPose

Issue Summary

I've developed a set of Kaggle notebooks tailored to set up and run OpenPose efficiently within Kaggle's GPU environments, specifically targeting Tesla T4 and Tesla P100 GPUs. These notebooks streamline the deployment process, offering both direct inference and build options. Now, I'm looking to contribute these notebooks to the official OpenPose repository by creating an issue and a pull request. By integrating these resources into the repository, we can significantly enhance OpenPose's accessibility for Kaggle users, potentially attracting more developers to explore and utilize the framework within Kaggle's ecosystem.
