Доработанная оптимизация при взаимодействии с оффами

  • Pull Request полностью завершен, мне не нужна помощь чтобы его закончить.
  • Я внимательно прочитал все свои изменения и багов в них не нашел.
  • Я запускал сервер со своими изменениями локально и все протестировал.

## About The Pull Request
Fixes a few harddels that surfaced in PR shiptest-ss13#3558 

## Why It's Good For The Game
Harddels are still just terrible wastes of time
