Color blind assessment of clima graphs

Hi @FedericoTartarini,
On the back of colour blind assessment report added in #110, opening discussion for the charts identified that may have issues and need changing:

1. Heatmap with Achromatopsia (no colour) since both sides of the colourmap appear to be bright
   

2. solar cloud coverage with Achromatopsia (no colour) as both two colours look the same.

3. wind tab second heatmap Deuteranopia (no green), Protanopia (no red), and Achromatopsia (no colour).
   
   

4. outdoor comfort heatmap Achromatopsia (no colour).
   

5. Wind rose graphs with Protanopia (no red). Some of the blues look the same

Great work. @giobetti and @stefanoschiavon how shall we proceed? Shall we change the colormaps for these charts? Do you have any recommendations or shall we select them?
