Support Compose 1.4

Should be backwards compatible with Compose 1.3 and 1.2

A few UX upgrades

• Added Installation script (#25)
• Indicate active deployment (#26)
• Alias 'history' to 'list' (#26)
• Make user confirm before doing a teardown (#26)
